tempoyak.

hari ni my elder sister qada puasa dia yg last, so she requested to have gulai udang masak tempoyak and sayur kacang botol for berbuka. disebabkan i owed her some money, so i felt obliged to cook for her (cis, kene ugut sebenarnye!hahaha ;P). well, after all, i wont be in town for 2 weeks, sian plak die nanti rindu cooking adik die ni kan (haha perasann...)

gulai udang masak tempoyak. cili padi tu merah menyala + very very very spicy, no kidding!


ni pulak sayurnye:

sambal kacang botol + ikan bilis.

i just bought the prawns late this afternoon @ Jusco near my house. tgh nak prepare bahan2 nak masak, baru perasan udang takde. apelagi terus la memecut gi Jusco yg tak smpai 400m from my house tu. luckily ade udang size XL ni, tp boleh tahan mahal la..40bucks ++ for 700gms je.

haa..ni plak tempoyak, pakcik Giant yg peram. hihii.

  4. hari tu ada member beli durian & buat kuah tempoyak terus dari durian fresh (yg mahal gila kat sini). hilang la kejap kempunan tu.
    tapi i balik raya nanti, so sepanjang bulan puasa ni nak senaman lebih sket supaya bleh melantak balik nanti. ahhahahaha.
